Photos

Having great photos of your property is crucial. This is the first step into getting buyers to look at your place.  If your photos make your home look appealing more buyers will want to look. You only have one time to make a great first impression so make sure your photos capture all the highlights of your home. Below are some tips on taking great photos. 


      • De clutter: Make sure the room is neat and take down all the nick-knacks. 
  • Lighting: Lighting is important to the quality of an image. For interiors, it is usually best to shoot in daylight and avoid flash — which can sometimes lend a blown-out and artificial appearance to a scene
  • Staging: Make sure the rooms serves the purpose you are portraying.
